Shipping & Delivery in Switzerland

We deliver throughout Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery options depend on the products in your order and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order:

• Orders under CHF 200 → CHF 20.–
• Orders from CHF 200 → Free of charge

Please note: Fragile ceramic spare parts cannot be shipped by post. These items are delivered on a pallet for CHF 90.–.

Delivery of EGGs

Each Big Green Egg is prepared and delivered with care. You may choose from the following delivery options:

Standard Curbside Delivery – Free of charge

Delivery to curbside in original factory packaging.
You are responsible for assembling your EGG and base.

Full-Service Delivery & Installation – From CHF 300

A complete, ready-to-cook delivery experience. We deliver your Big Green Egg fully assembled and install it on your terrace or in your garden. Our team positions the EGG and base in its final location and ensures everything is ready for use.

If requested and time allows, we are pleased to guide you through lighting your EGG for the first time.

XLarge & 2XL → CHF 350
