The Cast Iron Grill Plate is designed for versatile grilling and searing in larger Big Green Egg models. Made from solid cast iron, it provides excellent heat retention for even cooking and strong searing results. The smooth cooking surface is ideal for meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients that require direct contact with heat. Cast iron allows fast browning while preserving natural juices and flavour. With a diameter of 35 cm, the grill plate is suitable for Big Green Egg 2XL, XLarge and Large.
