Our wooden grilling planks will take your cooking skills to the next level. Place the ingredients on the (water-soaked) plank on the Big Green Egg grill. The aroma of the wood will be transferred to the food. You can choose between cedar or alder wood grilling planks, each with its own distinctive flavor.

This unique cooking method using wooden grill planks originated with the Native Americans. But now this centuries-old tradition has been discovered by the rest of the world. We're not surprised, because this technique adds a whole new dimension to grilling. All our grill planks are made from sustainably sourced wood. Each pack contains two grill planks, each 28 cm long.
