The Green Dutch Oven Oval 5.2 l is a versatile enamelled cast iron casserole designed for use on the Big Green Egg. It is ideal for stewing, braising, baking and roasting, making it a true all-rounder. The lid can also be used separately as a shallow frying pan or baking dish for desserts. Suitable for dishes such as coq au vin, soups, chilli or crumbles, it performs equally well in a conventional oven.
