Covering only half of the grill, it leaves ample space for preparing other ingredients at the same time. Made from durable cast iron, it heats up quickly and retains high temperatures for excellent searing and distinctive grill marks. This accessory is designed exclusively for the Big Green Egg XLarge. If you prefer a full cast iron surface, two Half Cast Iron Grids can be combined to form one complete Cast Iron Grid.
