The Half Cast Iron Grid – Medium is ideal for enjoying the advantages of cast iron grilling while keeping flexibility on the cooking surface. Covering only half of the grill, it leaves sufficient space for preparing other ingredients at the same time. Made from durable cast iron, it heats up quickly and retains high temperatures for excellent searing and distinctive grill marks. This accessory is designed exclusively for the Big Green Egg Medium. For a full cast iron cooking surface, two Half Cast Iron Grids can be combined to form one complete Cast Iron Grid.
