This electronic thermometer displays the temperature of your leg of lamb or stuffed chicken in just a few seconds. And it's accurate to within one degree (up to 300 °C). Practical: the thermometer is a handy pocket size and the handle also serves as a storage compartment.

The Quick-Read Digital Food Thermometer from Big Green Egg is small and compact. You can always have it with you to check whether your roast is ready. It switches off automatically after 5 minutes to save battery power (which is included, by the way).
