After long and intensive use of your Big Green Egg, the felt seals on the top edge of the ceramic base and the bottom edge of the ceramic lid with chimney will eventually wear out. Since this felt seal protects the ceramic and ensures perfect air circulation, it should be replaced in a timely manner. We stock the appropriate self-adhesive felt strip for every EGG size. The felt is extremely temperature-resistant and adheres without glue. With this sealing kit, you can easily do it yourself. The roll contains self-adhesive felt that you stick in place of the old felt strip.
