The Rotisserie Kit – Large adds a new dimension to cooking on the Big Green Egg by allowing food to be cooked slowly and evenly on a rotating spit. Ideal for chicken, roasts, roulades, kebab, gyro or even pineapple, the continuous rotation ensures that juices and fats are evenly distributed for maximum flavour. The kit can be used with or without the convEGGtor, depending on the dish and cooking temperature. The spit ring is made from coated steel, while the spit and forks are crafted from stainless steel. A quiet yet powerful 220–240 V motor guarantees smooth and consistent rotation, while the closed lid maintains precise temperature control throughout the cooking process.
