Rotisserie Kit – XLarge

The Rotisserie Kit – XLarge expands the cooking possibilities of the Big Green Egg with even, spit-roasted results on a rotating spit. Ideal for chicken, large roasts, roulades, kebab, gyro or pineapple, the continuous rotation allows juices and fats to baste the food for maximum flavour. Depending on the dish and temperature, the kit can be used with or without the convEGGtor. The spit ring is made from coated steel, while the spit and forks are crafted from stainless steel. A quiet yet powerful 220–240 V motor ensures smooth, consistent rotation, while the closed lid allows precise temperature control throughout the cooking process.
