The rotisserie is made of sturdy 304 stainless steel and transforms your Big Green Egg Large into a complete rotisserie oven. The LetzQ spit is equipped with a stainless steel rotating spit and a 4-watt electric motor. The drive can rotate up to 15 kg, offering many options. The handle is very handy, so you can remove the spit at any time without heat-resistant gloves. The constant, steady speed preserves the natural juices of the meat and ensures that it cooks evenly in the ceramic walls of the Big Green Egg. The quiet electric motor is powerful enough to drive the spit with chicken, Ticino roast, or pork shoulder. The LetzQ rotisserie spit has a distinctive wedge shape so that the lid closes completely and the heat is retained optimally.
