Tel-Tru Temperature Gauge

The Tel-Tru Temperature Gauge is a replacement lid thermometer for selected Big Green Egg models. It is installed in the dome and allows the cooking temperature inside the EGG to be read without opening the lid. This helps maintain stable heat during cooking. The gauge displays temperatures from 50°C to 400°C. This version is designed for the Medium, Small, MiniMax and Mini models.
