Vertical Poultry Roaster

The Vertical Poultry Roaster is designed for roasting chicken or turkey in an upright position on the Big Green Egg. This vertical setup allows the poultry to baste in its own fat, helping keep the meat juicy while the skin becomes crisp. The roaster is available in two versions, one for chicken and one for turkey. It can be placed in a round drip tray to collect juices and fat during cooking. The chicken version fits the Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and 2XL models.
