With the vertical poultry roaster, you can give your Poulet Noir or Bresse chicken pride of place on your Big Green Egg. The chicken or turkey is placed vertically over the poultry roaster, allowing it to baste itself in its own juices. This keeps the meat incredibly juicy on the inside and the skin beautifully crispy. Irresistibly delicious. The vertical poultry roaster is available in two versions: for chicken (chicken roaster) or for turkey (turkey roaster).

Place the vertical poultry roaster in a round drip tray so that the juices and fat do not drip into the charcoal and can be collected as a base for a delicious sauce. Another practical feature is that the chicken can be easily carved on the vertical chicken seat. The chicken seat fits the Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge models, and the turkey seat is suitable for the Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge models.
