
Wood Chips – Hickory
Wood chips made from natural hickory wood for adding smoke flavour when grilling or smoking with a Big Green Egg. The chips can be mixed with soaked charcoal, sprinkled directly over the charcoal, or used in combination, depending on personal preference. Hickory produces a strong, distinctive smoke flavour that pairs especially well with red meat, turkey and chicken. Suitable for use with all Big Green Eggs. One pack contains 2.9 litres.
