
Wood Chips – Oak
Wood chips made from natural oak wood for adding smoke flavour when grilling or smoking with a Big Green Egg. The chips can be mixed with soaked charcoal, sprinkled directly over the charcoal, or used in combination, depending on personal preference. Oak produces a balanced, robust smoke flavour that pairs especially well with red meat, lamb and game. Suitable for use with all Big Green Eggs. One pack contains 2.9 litres.
