Wood Chunks – Apple

Wood chunks made from 100% natural apple wood for adding long-lasting smoke flavour when grilling or smoking with a Big Green Egg. Due to their larger size, the chunks burn more slowly and release smoke over an extended period, making them ideal for low and slow cooking. Apple produces a mild, slightly sweet smoke flavour that pairs especially well with poultry, pork and fish. Thoroughly tested by Big Green Egg chefs. Suitable for use with all Big Green Eggs.
