Wooden Grilling Planks – Cedar

Wooden grilling planks made from natural cedar wood for cooking fish, meat and vegetables on the Big Green Egg. Ingredients are placed on the water-soaked plank and cooked indirectly on the grill, allowing the wood to transfer a distinctive aromatic flavour to the food. This cooking method originates from Native American traditions and adds a unique dimension to grilling. Cedar planks produce a pronounced, aromatic wood flavour. Each pack contains two grilling planks, each measuring 28 cm. Suitable for use with all Big Green Eggs.
