Le Big Green Egg MiniMax™ est un barbecue en céramique compact qui se distingue par ses performances malgré son format réduit. Sa surface de cuisson permet de préparer des repas pour 4 à 6 personnes, ce qui le rend polyvalent pour un usage quotidien comme pour des occasions particulières. Avec une hauteur de seulement 50 cm, le MiniMax peut être utilisé directement sur une table et convient parfaitement comme modèle de table. Pesant 35 kilogrammes, il reste facilement transportable tout en offrant une excellente stabilité et une rétention optimale de la chaleur. Livré de série avec un EGG Carrier, le MiniMax est apprécié aussi bien par les particuliers que par les professionnels de la restauration.
