With a cooking area of more than 0.4 m², a height of 1 metre without the EGG Nest and a weight of 170 kg, it is designed for cooking very large quantities with consistent performance. The 2XL supports all classic cooking techniques, including grilling, baking, stewing, smoking and low & slow cooking. Despite its size, the integrated hinge mechanism allows the dome to be opened smoothly and safely. Combined with an EGG Nest and Nest Handler, the Big Green Egg 2XL can be positioned flexibly and is well suited for professional kitchens, catering or large gatherings.
